Standard Package - 10 Pictures : $100
Additional pictures can be added for $5/image

A typical house consist of the following pictures:
4-6 Exterior (front & rear)
3-4 Bedrooms (Master, guest)
2-3 Bathroom (Master, guest)
1-2 Living Room
1-2 Kitchen
1-2 Dining Room/Breakfast
Each package includes:
Blue Skies
Any applicable stock subdivision amenities (pool, entrance, etc)
Generally less than 24hr turnaround of images.
All images include basic image enhancement of layer blending, tone adjustments, sharpening, brightness/contrast adjustments and vertical/horizontal straightening. This does NOT include Photoshop objects removal, day to dusk conversions or virtual staging.
Twilight: $75

Effective 1/1/20, I no longer send out high resolution files of vacant properties. If you would like to acquire those files for outsourcing virtual staging to a 3rd party, I will license and send them for a cost of $7.50/image
Cancellation/Return Trip Fee:
Any session that is cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled time or any session that requires a return trip could be assessed a $45 cancellation/return trip fee.
